Mary D | AbbeyfealeI met with Raph last summer as I was struggling with Menopause weight and just feeling down about it all and lost motivation to get out and do activities. The support and encouragement I received from Raph was excellent. It wasn't all about change in diet but introducing exercise and time management for myself and pushing myself to try new things and move outside my comfort zone. I felt the gradual approach in introducing things was great and I wasn't bombarded with a new diet, new exercise regime, it was a week-by-week process slowly adding different aspects of diet and exercise and activities that were just for me having that timeout for yourself.
The food aspect of Raph's approach isn't expensive its everyday items you have in your cupboard just using them in the correct way and portion control and identifying the triggers for beige eating or comfort eating.
Raph was always just a phone call or text away and the weekly checks in I found great as it motivated me to keeping going. It won't happen overnight but with within weeks I found a huge difference in how I approached food label reading and the different ingredients in foods. Would highly recommend anyone to meet with Raph and give it time and you will see find a difference she will motivate you and find that work life balance to suit your needs its not the same program dished out for everyone its unique to your needs and goals.
